I was noticing a lot of new movies are being released this week and some really caught my eye. One is called Gone, it looks like a great thriller. I have to admit that Tim Burton's new Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter is one I will have to watch.
1) What kind of movies do you prefer to watch? Mysteries, comedies, etc?
2) Do you go to the theater or wait until a movie comes to TV, DVD or streaming?

i love watching feel good movies and also action packed movies like James Bond and Mission Impossible. favorite snack? tacos with lots of cheese!

i would love to see gone and the new Denzel Washington one, I think it is called safe house, i will wait until it comes on tv in a few years. we don't go to movies, we like watching in the living room, and pop corn is the snack of choice, but we stopped doing snacks a couple of years ago, so we eat nothing while watching. if we had a dvd player i would get movies from the library.

I really do like your piece of farm equipment picture. The parts on the bottom plow (turn over) the ground but I can't tell what the top ones do. For sure it takes a powerful tractor or even a Catapillar to pull all that!
1. I like commedy movies and for sure not war movies.
2. We saw "Midnight in Paris" at the theatre and then the other night we rented it from Red Box.
Bonus: I used to eat popcorn but my gastro-enterologist says that is now a no-no. So I don't eat while watching.
At home with the red box it will be a dish of ice cream or some things on crackers with a small glass of wine.

i like action-thrillers. and i never go to the theater. used to do netflix. now i just do hbo and showtime. :)
Normally I don't like those mash-ups, but I actually listened to the audiobook for Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter and I enjoyed it. It was completely different than the other mash-ups I read previously, and I felt it would make a great film. So glad its a guy like Tim Burton doing it though.
1. I like comedies and dramas. I like horror as well but only if I'm watching with someone else - I'm a big baby.
2. I normally watch at home so going to the theater for me is a treat.

I am not a movie goer. Mostly because we have T. Be the time we get a sitter, make-up our minds on what to see and where to go, we ended up with a sucky movie that we regret leaving T for. hehe.
I like all kinds of movies, but mostly DRAMA, based on true stories, or really mystical - like lord of the rings, and most that are great.
I am watching Netflix now adays to find inspiration - should have wrote that on Judy S's blog- since she had that question...:-)
How I Met Your Mother is a show that I am watching for the sake of shaking off some steam...
I like Glee alot too, every 10/ 15 minutes they are signing and performing. It's really inspirational.

2.) We usually rent from Blockbuster, but if it's something that looks really amazing we'll go to the theater.

It all depends on what I'm in the mood for. Sometimes just a funny one or fight one or etc
