It's also time for Thursday Two Questions.
These questions are about the places we live. I grew up in a small town just west of Atlanta, GA. I guess I had the best of both worlds living in a small town very close to a big city. My husband and I moved to the small town of Walla Walla, WA from Portland, OR ...... large city back to small town.
1) Where do you live? Small town, big city or way out in the country?
2) Which do you prefer?
Bonus question: Internet Explorer or Firefox?

All that shining bodywork - there must be hours of work that must go into in keeping them in such good condition.
I live in a large village close to woodland and although I love going to London I wouldn't want to live there.
I went from IE to Google Chrome which seems to be much faster - haven't tried Firefox:-)
That's a beautiful shot of old cars, Judy!
I live in a big city, but I don't feel cramp in since my neighborhood is quiet. I also lived in a small town before, but I didn't like it much.
I like Firefox best because after the Internet Explorer update, I found it hard to find my way around.
At first I thought the picture was taken in Havana, which has old cars just like those! I live in Bellingham, smaller than Boulder where I once lived, but I much prefer a smallish town with a university. I can still visit Seattle or Vancouver, but I wouldn't want to live there.
I use Chrome, mostly, but I have never used IE and like Firefox sometimes. Safari also once in a while.
1. Podunk - but within an hour of Dallas.
2. MUCH prefer podunk to the city. spent 10 yrs in Big D, fighting my way back out to the countryside.
I.E.
What a beautiful picture! I love the colorful antique cars with the American flags - cool!
We live in Knoxville, TN which I consider to be a mid-size city, not too big and not too small.
I love the idea of living in the country just as long as I'm near the city. Maybe one day, we can move about half an hour to an hour from Knoxville. I think I can live with that, but not in a rural community. That's where I came from many years ago - the backwoods and hollers of West Virginia.
i prefer small town, ours used to be really small, but now is about 250,000 which is not Big City but not small. when i say small, i mean small. but never ever big city, as in millions, no Atlanta or NYC or LA or Houston, that type of big city. i would prefer a ranch a big one, close to a small town, but we are beyond that now and will stay in our not so small small town. love the old cars and the old buildings behind them.
Cool cars! I love the effect you put on this photo. I grew up in a suburb of a big city. And now? Well, we're gypsies so it varies where we call "home"!
luv the old cars
we live out in the country, the small town is about 6 miles away
I luv it, never am leaving
What a color pictures of things in a row!!
Q&A
1. I was born in a small town...I did not move but the small town is now a metropolis.
2. I'd prefer to be in a small town in the NC mountains possibly Elkin, Sparta or Hendersonville.
LOL
Great questions
Hugs C
Bonus...Explorer
I'm living in a small city, and prefer it that way. Big cities have lots more resources, things to do, and hospitals. But it is hard getting around in the traffic and they have more crime. I love living in a small town and going to a nearby big city for visits, it is perfect! Firefox and Explorer each have drawbacks and good points, I couldn't choose. I have both. LOVE those cars!
I want the orange car, Judy, can you grab it for me? Drive it to Canada?
I've lived in places of various sizes, the largest was Vancouver, BC, the smallest Ashcroft, BC (population 2,000) and now I live with my husband and dog in a small town (5-6,000 pop.) next to a small city (65-75,000 depending who you ask). The nearest big city is Calgary (3 hours away) and then Edmonton (6 hours away).
I prefer small towns. Ideally, I'd live in a small town on a lake with a wharf and a swim raft.

What great shots. I love car shows.
1. I grew up and still live in a big city. It's home to me and comfortable.
2. I do at times long for being in a country setting where it is quiet and peaceful.
Beautiful shot! Love the candy apple red of that old car!
I grew up in a small town, not far from a larger city. I live way out in the country, but close to a small town. I love county/small town living!
Currently IE. Never can seem to get Firefox to work right. Might try Google Chrome.
I love the colours of the classic cars- and the bodies ;)
1. big city
2. big city
I am very much an Uptown Girl!
3. Chrome is my favourite
Beautiful picture!
1) Small town-Too small. Everyone knows everyone and I like hardly anyone here.
2) I live in Michigan and I love going to the bigger cities like Ann Arbor. Not Detroit, though. That's a bit scary at night.
I'd say big cities.
Bonus: Firefox. LOVE Firefox.

Beautiful cars!!! Great photography.
That must have been some adjustment! Portland to Walla Walla??
Beautiful shot...and one of the wonderful things about living "not" in the city.
We live just outside of Austin, which is really kinda like a small town city!
I live in the city of Orlando, FL and have for for 22 years.
I prefer the country. I grew up on a lake and 10 acres in the country and miss it dearly. In a few years I plan to be back in the country. :)
Internet Explorer
Love the red car!
Great pictures of the lines of cars. They're awesome.
1. We live in a village on the outskirts of a city.
2. I love living here because we have access into the city. I wouldn't like to live in a rural area at all.
I live in a small town, near a small city. I don't mind. Just wanted more land space for kids to run.
Aloha
great photo. the colors are so vibrant. love your town name. walla walla. so fun to say. i'm in a major city and i think i prefer a small town.
I love those cars! Wow! The work put into those babies!
1) We live wherever the 5th wheel is parked. Usually we are out in the country--right now we are about 30 miles from the nearest town with a Wal-Mart and shopping--that town is 7,800 population.
2) I always prefer country or small town. Did the big city thing when in Albuquerque, St. Louis, KC and NYC and I always have fun in the city, but enjoy leaving to my country lair...
Bonus: IE
I have an old car like that (truck actually). I'm just about over it. I just don't have the time or desire to treat it like it needs to be treated...
