If you haven't met Pat yet you really need to stop by and pay her a visit, her photos are gorgeous and her stories will tickle your funny bone and you might just learn a thing or two.
Being that it's Thursday it also means it's time for Thursday Two Questions.
This week's questions are about photography and writing.
1) If you are a photographer which do you use the most when taking photos, the view finder or the view screen on your camera?
2) For the writers out there, what is you favorite subject to write about on your blog?
Bonus question: What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?

You tickle me!!! The last question is a total non sequitur!! I only use the camera screen!! I need to see without squinting! I like to write about things I know or have researched. Three way tie: Fudge Ripple, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Marshmallow
On my DSLR, I use the viewfinder. On my point & shoot, i use the back screen. Favorite ice cream? hmmm. vanilla w/ heath bar probably.
I use the viewfinder so I can see the picture clearly.
My favorite ice cream this season is French Vanilla.....I love it!

On my main cameras I don't even have a view screen...the little point and shoot only has the viewing screen and I miss looking through the viewfinder so bad.
As for writing, don't really have a favorite subject...
Favorite ice cream flavor is probably butter pecan.
First, love the shot. I will have to visit your friend as well. Being both a photographer and writer, I'll answer both ?'s.
I use both on the camera but mainly the screen.
I write mostly about poetry though not much lately.
As for ice cream I love it all but my favorite is vanilla, I know, boring, but I can never get enough.
I like a viewfinder.
I like to write humorous essays but I haven't been able to get into the groove for quite some time. My doctors have decided it is sleep apnea, so there's hope for me yet.
My favorite ice cream is caramel or butterscotch ripple, but vanilla with hot fudge sauce is wonderful.

An Unfittie's Guide to Adventurous Travel
My latest camera doesn't have a view finder, and I miss it on bright days. I use the screen in back, having no other choice. I like to write about my hikes the best, and the last question: Chocolate, of course.
This photo says much to me, stability, endurance, beauty and being on the fence is a safe place to be. Great entry...now we need to tell Pat to give prizes!!!
#1 I thought these cameras were just point and shoot...they have a viewfinder and a screen? Oh, wow!
#2 I write so I guess I am a writer. My favorite subjects are anything that makes people laugh and nature.
Bonus Question: So many flavors!!! If you make me choose just one, I shall choose chocolate!!

the fence is wonderful and represents my personality. i have spent most of my life on the fence because i weigh decisions until they are not decisions.
LOL on the viewfinder and LED on my rebel there is only the viewfinder and on my coolpix there is only the LED so that answers that and i don't have to be on the fence about which to use
I love French Vanilla but it just barely beats out chocolate.
I have no favorite subject, it is whatever POPS in my mind at the time it happens, but i do like my post on the silly things that happen to me and my husband the best.
I like the peacefulness and feeling of stability the fence photo brings.
As for photography, if I'm using my Canon Ixus I usually use the screen but if I'm using one of Barry's super-duper jobs I use the viewfinder.
When I write I use whatever comes to mind - in some cases, not very much!
Ice-cream - I'm very conservative - vanilla, or chocolate.
Most of the time I'm not on the fence when it comes to using my view finder.. I rarely use the view screen except for high or low shots.
As for my favorite ice cream.. hmm, on the fence with that one.. I love um all.. so yummy in my tummy :D

I love split rail fences! This is a great shot!
I use a Nikon D40, and it only has a viewfinder.
I like to write about humorous, everyday things, plus our travels.
My camera only has a display no viewfinder.
I blog just about anything and everything. I look for inspiration in everyday. So, it's difficult to say I have a favorite subject.
Any kind of chocolate ice cream would be about my first pick. =D

I use the view finder a lot, just because I find it saves me a lot of time in focusing.
I like writing about emotions and inspirations; living sagaciously.. :-). My favorite flavor is ice cream.

I'm "old school" and use the view finder the majority of the time.
Favorite flavor of ice cream - I'd have to say it would be my dad's homemade peach ice cream.
I actually don't have any special skills to take photograph. I just point , make sure I have my subject and shoot :)

1. I take most photos with my mobile phone. It's a nokia and is quite good. I'm not really a photographer though.
2. On writing, I love writing about relationships and writing. I have a new blog about DIY and these are all my favourite things because I'm good at them.
