The theme for this week's PicStory is Self Made. While I used to do a lot of crafts, needlepoint and such years ago I have become a very uncrafty and rarely make anything anymore. What I do is take photos, so I took some photos of other peoples homemade objects this weekend at our city's 4TH of July celebration. The quilt was being raffled off, I really like the applique of the balloon and farmhouse.

I also like the balloon and farmhouse on the quilt. It makes the kick :). Have a great week! xo Tina
I like the quilt pattern, and the colors! Art show is fun to attend.
I love handmade stuffs, but having tried for so many years. I enjoy looking at other people's creativity, and the quilt is fantastic.
Lovely quilt with such fresh colours.
Well, I guess you didn't win it, or you would have told me. But I would have entered the contest to possibly win that quilt, it's lovely!
this is one of the most interesting quilts ever. i really like the colors and the trees on the side. i have never been a craft type person no skills in that line. but i like to look at others.
I like all of the needlework, but what really caught my eye was the chickens and the neat flowers.
Lovely craftsmanship!! I adore that doll.
Thanks for participating!
Morning Ms. J and et al.
Oh we love your header. The quilt is amazing. I'm in awe of folks who quilt. You know I love the hot air balloon.
Hugs Madi and Mom
Oh wow, awesome creation. So intricate. Teehee, I also enjoy taking photos of other people's fascinating work. :) Nice capture, Judy! :)
I would pay anything for that quilt, it is the prettiest I have ever seen!!! I may even try to enlarge this, print it and hang it up!! Wow to your header, I may steal the idea. But it won't come out as good as yours.
I love quilts, but I don't sew so I don't make them. My mother-in-law made beautiful quilts. That is a nice one that you photographed.
I have always wanted to learn to make quilts. Alas, my time is so limited, I don't think I could just sit and work on one. I'd still like to learn though.
You do crafts the same as I do -- take pictures of other people's beautiful work (and that quilt is gorgeous).... actually nowdays I garden that way too...just take pictures and admire other peoples' hard work.
Wow! That is immense talent.
I'm not "craft" at all, but I appreciate and admire the work that goes into these things. Love the colors in these two photos.
