Mr. Peacock was doing his daily commute across the bridge, usually a quick trip unless there was turtle traffic. Mr. Turtle was in no hurry today as the sun was warm and this was a good place to soak up a few rays. this is a great capture, i love the elongated look of the peacock prancing across the bridge. they have white peacocks at Jungle gardens here, and colored ones run wild at the flea market.
There is a great story here. You know, picture worth a thousand words but where is this peaceful, magical place?!

A couple of years ago we had a peacock just show up on our place...he spent a couple of days here and then he left. I was hoping he would stay...:-(

I love peacocks. They are such gorgeous birds, even without the multi-colored feathers! And your reflection is amazing. Mr (?) Peacock should gaze into the water and behold his beauty and chill out. lol
MOL we bet they are on the way to the grocery store and we expect that dang turtle will have a shell full of coupons just to make the process even slower.
