Spring is Springing!

In the spring, at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt.
Margaret Atwood

It's spring fever. That is what the name of it is. And when you've got it, you want - oh, you don't quite know what it is you do want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!
Mark Twain

The crocus just popped up in my yard this week! Happy dance!

They are so pretty and the angle of your header is great. It must be heartwarming to see these little beauties popping out to say "Spring is here"

Yay for the pretty purple crocus!!!
We had a migrating flock of Cedar Waxwings at our birdbath yesterday. Mom was at work (and she was so sad she missed them) but Dad and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They drank so much water, Dad had to fill up the birdbath.
He said they came back and forth to it about 3 times. According to Mom's bird journal the last time they were spotted was on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2007.
