This past Saturday we had a little lull in the rainy weather, the sun actually came out from behind the clouds for an hour or two. I took the opportunity to stop by the park and visit some friends. The Common Goldeneye was swimming around the pond.
Mr. Turtle was basking in the warm sun while it was still warm.
And ......... what's that? Do you know? Guess you will have to wait for a future post to find out.

It is nearly Thursday here. I love the duck's striking delineated lines and colours.
What a amazing pictures...WOW the first one is breathtaking.
We don't know what #2 is but Mom says if it is wearing RED (her favorite color) she call lit Gorgeous!

my guess is a female turkey. and the golden eye duck is definitely not common here. beautiful.

awww...I love the turtles. I remember when you use to be able to buy them at the 5 and 10 store; Kresge's in our town and we use to go watch them play in the aquarium while my mom got groceries.
