We still are waiting for a few rays of sunshine, due to show up today or tomorrow, Judy. Seems like a long wet spell to me!
my guess is a female turkey. and the golden eye duck is definitely not common here. beautiful.
Hmmm. My first thought was a pheasant sort, but not sure. Gorgeous tho!
Jeepers in that first photograph it looks like footprints on water. How interesting? Happy St. Patrick's Day.

awww...I love the turtles. I remember when you use to be able to buy them at the 5 and 10 store; Kresge's in our town and we use to go watch them play in the aquarium while my mom got groceries.
they are fun to watch crawl all over each other :)
Love the Goldeneye, it is a beautiful duck. Great shots!
I am spending time at the watery parks myself and so many watery ducks swimming...so much fun to watch!I'll have to keep an eye out for the Goldeneye! Great captures!
