As we start the new year many folks have made resolutions but I'm leaning more towards challenges. I found one a few days ago that not only am I likely to complete but one that I know will be lots of fun. The Oklahoma Book Lady is hosting The PAWS Book Challenge. All you have to do is read five non-fiction books about animals before the end of the year. To find out more about the challenge and sign up go HERE. I'm challenging you to accept the challenge and join us.
And speaking of challenges! This is Thursday so it's time for Thursday Two-Questions. My questions for you today:
1) Challenges can come from others (like the reading challenge above) or we can create them for ourselves. Either way, do you like to be challenged?
2) How do you feel after completing a big challenge?

My challenge is to do 30 mins Wii fitness everyday. I got it for Christmas.
Ms. J you ask some very interesting questions....
Challenges let see I guess it depends on who challenges me!
Some 'challenges' are friendly and fun others can become a burden.
I'm not much on confrontation but I do like healthy fun competition.
Mom is going to check out the book challenge.
Hugs to you and Miss Cindi Lou,
Madi and Mom
1) I do like challenges such as the reading one since it's very stimulating for the mind.
2) Last month we had a challenge to write 10 articles, and I finished with 11, so it was quite thrilling with a feeling of satisfaction.
Love your header!
My chalange is finishing to do list well each day:)I feel so much better and less stressed after done.
no to challenges, except the one I find in photoshop that makes me crazy, but i do presevere and feel good when i conquer. other than that i am a non challenge person. Kileau wrote on my post that Just Do It was her one resoultion and i am thinking i might break my rule of no resoultions and try that one. that will be a challenge
forgot to say LOVE the ice on the header and the Stand and Stare LOOK UP photo of the bank.
That's a great angle on your picture.
I'm always challenging myself to get various projects done; accomplishment is a good feeling.

Not big on challenges. Prefer to find things my own way - without a feeling of pressure or competition.
I LOVE your header photo!
My entire life and everything I do each day is a challenge. Challenges make the world go round, they teach us, they keep us humble, make us less judgemental of others. A life without challenges would not be a life at all.
I like your Reach For The Sky picture! Right now I am challenged to walk and to endure pain, not a good kind of challenge!!! So I think I'll be a wimp this year and just stick with that. BUT what I have found is this. If I am doing something hard or tedious, it really helps when I view it as a challenge! That seems to make a difference and make it better.
May challenge is just to wake up each morning. I pinch myself to see if I'm still alive... ha ha --Just kidding, but I do try to challenge myself to eat healthy, exercise, drink alot of water and get enough sleep... That's enough for me ---besides about 20 hours a day blogging... ha ha
Hugs,
Betsy
I wouldn't say I challenge myself but rather try to accomplish goals.
And that feels good when they are met.
Where was blogging like this when I needed it? Like 30 years ago? Some days just getting up is a challenge, and some days staying up is a challenge, but putting one foot in front of the other, one step at a time, is a good way to get through things. Except, maybe, housework. That makes me go to bed and put my head under my pillow.

I love to be challenged, in meme's or real life. It makes me stronger, have more fight and conviction, and makes me a better person.
I love challenges. As you can see, I challenge myself on my blog everyday. :-) I have goals and challenges on my white board, I can't go through them fast enough. There isn't enough time for me to pickup others - but sometimes I find myself in them- for example BR last year! Anyhow, it was a good challenge and I have learned a lot. So #2 is - I can't live without challenges, I am all about achieving.
Thanks for joining TTQ this week, enjoyed your provocative questions.
First, LOVE that shot!
1. I am at my best when challenged. If I'm not challenged, I become lazy.
2. The sense of accomplishment when completing a task that is challenging is an amazing feeling, at least for me.
Challenges, I want to walk 10,000 steps a day! If it is for work, I am up for it 100% especially if somebody says you can't do it or you will never get that account...OHOH, wrong words to say... I will get the job! LOL
But personal stuff, I'm a slacker!
Sorry !
Have a great day my friend!

Cool angle for this photo!
My challenge is to keep working out at the gym and not to be intimidated by other people who are there.
Lovely shot, looking up the sky. I love challenges too: the challenge to stay and keep fit for better health.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope to be back on line when I feel better.
Happy New Year to you and yours.
1. I might always want a challenged and b and moan during it, but
2. After a challenge I feel inspired!
Enjoy your weekend.
I'm not sure about reading those books, I have such a list already! Love the photo, it made me a little dizzy!
Life is a daily challenge. As soon as I wake up, my dogs present all sorts of drooly challenges which takes precedence over all other challenges for the day. So when I tackled them all like a SuperGirl, I get drooly smug ;-)
Sorry I'm a tad late but it's been one of those weeks...regarding challenges, I take them head on! I do like to be challenged when I can master it at my own pace and time and not have others watch me...I don't want others watching me fail.
I liked to be challeneged in a creative way but certainly not under pressure....
I absolutely love a challenge.
I feel absolute satisfaction when I complete a big challenge.
Thanks for the link to the reading challenge. On my way there now.
