Thursday is also Thursday Two Questions so let's get started.
This photo is from late summer but now fall is approaching. What is your favorite season?
I have seen winters in North Georgia, Alaska, Northern California, the Oregon coast and now both sides of Washington state. What is winter like in your area?

i love your photo...the colors and reflection are beautiful.
1. we don't have autumn here so my favorite is summer.
2. we also do not have winter. December to January are the cooler months--in the low 20's C.
Look at all those colours! That's why my favourite season is Spring - bursting with new life and colour.
Winter in England is usually grey, rainy and cold, although last year we had lots of snow so we all again cross our fingers for a white Christmas (I haven't seen that here in South-West for 14 years)
The circular swirls of the water are so beautiful. My favorite season is summer. Since I live in Northern CA, you already know what it's like. We are in Oct, and just had 90 degrees today. Yay!
A beautiful photograph.
The duck really looks like swimming with the clouds around.
Costas
love the ducky in the sky but that header is won der ful! really gorgous shot of Looking Up.
Morning J and Miss Cindi Lou!!!
What a pretty picture and post.
Oh me well being from the South you'll understand when I say my least favorite season is SUMMER!!!
NC is supposed to have 4 defined seasons but sometimes Spring only lasts for about 1 week. However, my fav season is anytime after our high temp is about 75 during the day and about 50 at night....aka Fall which our favorite!!
Madi likes to watch the leaves fall and I like to watch them change colors.

PS I forgot to answer your question....Winter in NC is for the most part bearable considering how cold it can be in some places. The worst thing here is the winter humidity...very cold, damp and slices right through you when you are out. But luckily it isn't like that every day. We rarely have long long spells of any type of weather.
Here in NC we say if you don't like our weather wait 5 minutes it will change.!!!
Madi and Mom
I love the fall best of all. Here (as you know) on this side of the Cascades, winter is more mild than on your side, but we get lots of rain and cloudy days and occasional snow.
Such a pretty photo.
I love spring the most because of all the new life.
We have beautiful seasons here in NC so I really love them all except for ice storms.
The title fits the picture perfectly.
Looks like one happy duck! Thanks for linking up.
1. I love the heat so Summer is my favorite. I know not very original, but the cold is the only un-Canadian thing about me.
2. Winter here in Ontario is bitter and brutal much like you get.
My favorite season is a tie, actually between spring and fall, a time of birth and a time of harvest.
The winters here in California are usually mild. Last year, too mild. We hardly had enough rain to water our winter crops. Then again, we can have some wet and windy storms, and every once in a rare while snow.
Beautiful header, Judy!
My favorite season is spring since it sprouts hopes and new life everywhere!
Winter is dreadful gray sky, snow, ice, and slippery in Michigan..Yuck! :-)
That is such a colorful and glorious photo. That lone little duck looks so peaceful.
1. My favorite season is the fall because of all the Autumn festivals and things to do. I love the crisp cool air.
2. Living in San Francisco, CA you really don't see seasons. Right now we are experience Summer weather. All year long, each day is different. Winter is a mix of warm weather and some rainy weather.
Beautiful pictures, as usual.
Living in Coastal Southern California, "Winter" is just a word. It can be 80 degrees on New Year's Day.
My favorite season is a toss up between spring and autumn. Both are lovely. Our winters for the most part are mild in comparison to other places, but we do get our share of frigid temperatures in January. We don't get much snow here in the Tennessee Valley, as we do black ice which is horrible stuff. Sometimes, I wish we had more snow than we do, but I'm happy the way things are for the most part.
My favorite would have to be the Fall. I love the weather, the colors, the smell of burning fireplaces. It's just all so wonderful.
Oklahoma winters are brutally exciting with snow and ice storms.
I love your header, and the half circle of yellow tree reflections in the water! Fall used to be my favorite, but it is now spring, because I'm old, and spring is new life everywhere. Last winter we got two snowfalls, each about four feet. Nuff said! The Floyd!!!! My husband's favorite group, and one of mine!!! Wish You Were Here!!
Whoops! Pink Floyd are on your other blog, not this one! I had just seen them and got very excited, though. AWESOME video, they always had good light shows.
We only have wet and dry and since it is always summery hot in the Philippines, my favorite is wet or rainy because that's when the mushrooms come out and the dogs smell warm and lazy!
1.I love autumn for the rich vibrant colours and the leaves from the trees carpeting the ground.
2. I live in London and winter can be cold, other times its grey, normally about the end of Jan and beginning of Feb we get snow.

I just LOVE the title of this post! Such a peaceful photo!
1) I love the FALL! All the beautiful colors!
2) We winter in AZ, so it's really a mild winter for us!
Swimming in the sky, thats clever. I like Spring and Autumn best as the temperatures are perfect...not too hot and not too cold. Winter here is warm compared to most winters. It is usually dry too except for this year.
Beautiful! Love the colors and also the duck's wake in the water. We're in my favorite season right now and I just posted a couple pics of it here in New England. I'm not blogging at 'a view from me' anymore. Started up a new one back at blogger. Trying to get my legs under me with the changes and figure it out again lol.
Hi J and Miss Cindi Lou!!!
Thanks for your support regarding the unfriendly K9 neighbor I have!!
Oh the Mom and the Dad came home smelling of lovely scents of food and yummies...all I got was a pat on the head. HA She has a ton of pictures and one especially for you Ms. J. She'll post it tomorrow. I expect everyone will be good and tired of the pictures.
Mom did one strange thing though. I heard her tell Dad they needed to leave their shoes outside so she could clean them. Seems she went in several farm animal exhibits and she was worried about bringing in germs to me. She sprayed their shoes with Clorox Anywhere. I think she loves me.
MOL MADI
