The theme for this week's Photo Time is Fall Favs. I thought this would be an easy one. The photo above was taken yesterday at our one of our local parks. Really, that is from yesterday. There are spots of color around town but for the most part it is still very green here. So I reached back into my photo files and found a photo from last year.

gorgeous color last year. it is strange what our weather has been like the past few years, we never know what to expect. another 2 weeks might make the scene in the first one colorful. but it is beautiful just like it is. i love it either way. we are having a cold spell today, ha ha it is 59 and that is ODD to say the least for Florida. i am loving it and thanking God for relief from the heat

What a difference! The trees here aren't doing like they usually do,either. Many have falling dead leaves that don't even change color before they drop. It's the crazy weather.

Here in central IL some trees have changed into beautiful colors; others are still green, and some are way past their prime fall colors. It is very strange. I guess it all depend on how cold it gets at night.

Quite a difference in your area color-wise from last October and this one. The trees in my neighborhood look pretty much the same year-round.
