Abundant blooms of sweet perfume, silky smooth to the touch,
and intoxicating to the senses, floribunda can and will
fool you. In reality she is tough, disease-resistant, prickly,
and very hardy in colder zones. The proverbial iron fist
in the velvet glove of plants.

How gorgeous is that? And the lighting is just as perfect as the rose itself.

this is a new flower for me, I want one. I wonder if they do good in the tropics. the photo is wonderful and surely fits macro and yellow perfectly.
The light is hitting the rose just perfectly ~ and you captured it so well! Lovely!
What a beautiful colour - so many shades in it - and the scent must be heavenly. I'm a big fan of scented roses and have several.
The light on the floribunda is beautiful. I've never heard of or seen this flower, but I love your description of it!
Morning J!!!
What a beautiful header you have...it made me smile. I'm not familiar with the floribunda. Gorgeous!!! My bil is a plant pathologist and avid gardener...I'm sure he knows all about them.
We'll be back tomorrow for the interview. I tried to find the Hot House Flower at Borders. Seems they only have it in ebook.
I'll keep looking. I thoroughly enjoyed Miranda's book on Alaska.
