We have seen a lot of dark clouds this week and many have brought rain showers and an occasional thunderstorm.
But there were breaks in the clouds. This one looked like a window had opened in the clouds.
Some days the skies were simply overcast.
Some days a little more blue came through.
And one day, briefly however, there was a really blue sky. See any interesting shapes?

Blue skys with just a few dots of clouds...oh they are the best ~ no?
We've got a great blue weekend coming up here on the Western Slope. Even if it doesn't last long, we sure need it!!! Love the window in the sky.

These are lovely! I love that blue in the last shot... that's my fave colour ever! :o)
That one picture does look exactly like a window!! And the last picture...of course the middle cloud is a man standing with his legs together twirling a sparkler!
They are all beautiful skies, but I do love a plane in there.... makes my day!
When I was a kid, a favorite past time was to lay on my back and watch the clouds change shape. I think if more people did that, there'd be less conflict in the world.
