LOL it's summer over there and it's the start of wet season. Sigh. We really are very far from each other and I thank Blogger for meeting a lot friendly people sharing their stories and photos from their part of the world.

I have picked a ton of blackberries in my life, but these photos are the prettiest of the flower i have ever seen. if not for the title, i would think they were some goregous hot house plant. great shots and send berries please.

I have seen way too many blackberry blossoms since moving here, Judy, but they never look so pretty as your pictures here. Great shots, as usual.

I never thought that a blackberry bloom would look as nice as this - just beautiful. My entry is from my centreofinterest photoblog this week.

Hi Judy and Miss Cindi Lou,
What beautiful blooms the blackberry has....I do love the fruit too. I'm hoping to be able to find a 'silly' picture...I've been known to toss out those I don't consider perfect. HA...I'm dealing with my Type A issues HA!!
Happy Sunday,
Madi and Mom

Fabulous!
I posted some of those last year and was amazed on how many people commented that they didn't know what blackberries were!

I've never seen blackberry bushes and didn't even know they had blooms, but these are sure pretty! Did I thank you for the link to your crow legend? I had forgotten I could just paste in into the address box, seems my memory is getting worse! But it was a grand story! I see your goofy duck on the sidebar, he tickles me.

I've never seen these blooms before. I love how the petals looks as if they are made from paper that's all wrinkled!
