Our area has had cooler weather and cloudy skies for most of the week. Occasionally the sun would show through but today has looked like the photo above with gray skies and rain.
To brighten things up a bit I will show you this last photo which was taken last Saturday when the skies were a little bluer.

I love the second picture with the long grass blowing in the breeze and the clouds in the brilliant blue sky being blown, kind of like the grass is.

We had clouds like these yesterday...very unusual for our parts though, but we've been having strange weather lately. Love the last shot...so serene. Well done!

The top of that first photo is really close to the color I've just picked to paint my living room! Bluish-grays... so relaxing.

Although blue skies are good I love to see the shapes and shades of clouds. Your shots are great.
Between the clouds and the balloon, I am uplifted by your photos this week. Just breathtaking, simply breathtaking. I must confess that we're not squirrel fans around here. We once had a neighbor who got teased about being a squirrel relocation service. He trapped and released-- several miles away. I never encouraged this habit (but didn't protest). You do make them look cute though.
