What The Robin Saw - SkyWatch Friday

Mr. Robin saw the new leaves showing their color to the sky.

He saw the blooms on the Lilac bushes. They are just starting to open and in another week the air will smell so sweet.

Mr. Robin also saw fluffy white clouds dancing across the blue sky. Do you think he looks to see what shapes he can find in those clouds?

What shapes do you see? Do you see a squirrel? What else?

To see more skies from around our world visit SkyWatch Friday.

Lilacs are one of my favorite flowers. Love their smell! We had a gigantic lilac bush in our yard growing up so they always remind me of home!

Yes I see the squirrel! How cool is that! I always look for shapes in the clouds!

Mr. Robin is a cutie! I really enjoyed your post! Love the cloud-squirrel plus a few faces and someone left the top of her bikini up there -- or is it part of a footprint?

Greata shots! The robin is adorable!

Love all the shots, but that first one rests in my head...the phone lines give dimension to the sky picture and the warm orange of the robin's breast against the cool blue of the sky is a wonderful study of colour pairing. Cloud pictures are great...I could take a million cloud pictures and keep on photographing them...your sky is so blue!! Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend! Cat

Great pictures. I always try to keep power lines OUT of the picture, they are so tiresome. But you have turned it around and used them to your advantage. Just the bird on a wire looking at the cloud. The last shot of the clouds, can't quite get a squirrel out of it. But the one in the upper right corner is the face of a girl from the 60's with her hair teased up way high!!! Perhaps cloud photos should replace ink blot tests. It would sure be a lot more fun and less depressing!
