F A B U L O U S!!! I can honestly say I've never seen a honey bee as up close and personal as this.... Happy Monday to you and Miss Cindi Lou. Madi and Mom
you are ahead of us, our bees have not shown up yet, we are still way below our normal temps. as soon as it gets HOT it will be dangerous in our back yard, every flower has it's own bee. they chase us and the dogs. we have noticed they have become more agressive in the past year. before they were just there, now they are agressive. we can't figure out why.
Beautiful photo/s! And the bees are abuzz but not today as it continues the rain from yesterday and this morning we have some pretty high winds. Happy Spring.
Hi Judy..as soon as I saw that Chevy I thought you and your monochromes....I'm glad it past muster with you!!! Blogger was acting up this afternoon I could not see the cutlery pictures. I'll check them out now. Madi and Cecilia
Lovely, spring, macros Judy! And I love the new header photo. Had a magnificent one around the house on Sunday. I stopped everything and just watched it for a while. Hope you are having a good week! meggs.
Oh Judy and Miss Cindi, We missed you SOOO MUCH. I just spent some time reading and looking at all your beautiful pictures. Oh so gorgeous as usual. First the little honey bee was magnificent. I have a great Henckels knife set too. Have had them for 20 years. They ROCK!!! I broke the tip off the paring knife once and sent it to them, they sent me a brand new one. Awesome. No questions asked. The photos of the Robins were just fantastic. And the Pink on blue...tears in my eyes. Were you laying on the ground for that????? Josie asked that. Now as for the squirrel photo....I want to photoshop a Clint Eastwood type gunslinger around his waist. He looks so funny, like he's going to charge you at any minute. I was laughing so hard when I saw that picture. GREAT SHOT!!!!
I have to thank you for all your love and support while my mom and I were on our Hospice Journey. We really learned a lot, but it took a toll on my mom. She's taking it slow now, but will be back blogging like crazy soon. If it ever stops raining here she can take some photos of the flowers trying to come up. It's only good if you are a duck or goose. Your love and kind words meant so much to us both. Thank you. Much love, Woof. Josie and her mom

Grew up in a small Georgia town with a desire to see some of the places I had read about and many I had not. I moved to Alaska and lived there for about ten years. My jobs took me to many parts of the state including Barrow, Nome, Kodiak Island and many more. I have also lived in California, Oregon and now Washington state.
Let this be the story of the journey so far.

Nice! Is that first one a magnolia stellate?
We're expecting more snow and ice, so I hope my Susan magnolia doesn't lose all her buds!
Great shots, the last one scared me! I'm allergic to bees and could feel him from here... lol
