It's been so cloudy and foggy here lately, I know the sun has to be up there somewhere. Where are you Mister Sun?

Is that you hiding behind those clouds? Mister Sun?

Oh there you are!

Please don't go!
Note: This is the sun, not the moon. Please be careful and use precautions when viewing the sun. Your eyes are too precious to damage.

Great shots!
SQ: Yes it is a fight to see the Sun up North in the Winter.
Same here - no sun. It sure is affecting everyone's moods too. We could all use a little sunshine to feel better.
It´s lovely when Mr sun shows up even for just a moment. Lovely post.
It does look a bit like the moon except there is no man! LOL.
Judy, I have a photo I have to send to you that I took yesterday when there was some snow on the ground. I took it just for you. I will send to your email, when I get back from the hospital tonight. A little treat for you, my friend. Much Love, Woof!
Hope you get some sun soon, we are getting more snow tomorrow.
Wonderful that you could see the sun. We don't see much of it these days
The Sun? Is that that thing that is up in the sky when it's not wet outside? Does the water fall out of the sky or that white stuff if the sun is there? I've forgotten?
Mr Sun came to visit us today for the first time in days, we were so happy, now the weather person says no sun tomorrow. in Florida we have sun about 350 days a year, not this year. what's up with mr sun?
Cute post, I see a giant happy face in the first one. :D
It has been unusually cloudy here in Las Vegas as well. Beautiful photos of the sun through the clouds though.

At least he's peeking out of a little blue filled sky! :)
Loved your captions.
Mine’s here: Carletta’s Captures.
Hang in there...it will come back and be around for a good amount of time! It always does...remember?
I love it - wow, almost got blind looking at the sun:)
Lovely post!
Have a beautiful weekend!
Joo
I remember my Mister Sun was an orange in the morning when I left home for work.
How come it changed it face over there?
We haven't seen the sun since last Thursday. When I want to complain about the rain, I remind myself that the aquafers are regenerating, the springs will run again, creeks and rivers are filling up. :D
I'm sorry to say we had a full day of sunshine here on the west side of the mountains. It was lovely, and I thought it was going to be a dreary day. It makes such a difference when the sun shines, doesn't it?
There goes that sun! I didn't see the sun today. It's a bit chilly with an overcast. At least I get to be warmed by your photos. Thanks, Judz! :)
Cool capture of the sun. Neat looking photos!
We had a little bit of Mister Sun today and now we I paying for it with a chilly evening.
Rumor has it the sun will be making an appearance this weekend. I'm hoping the rumors are true.
Wow! What a surprise to see the sun in the last pictures! A great post with a surprise at the end. This is funny, because I recently had a dream that I took a picture of the bright shining sun, and it shattered the camera lens. Do you think this could happen?
Wow! This is just beautiful. It has been gloomy today and expecting rains in the morning.
I love how the sun is peeking through the clouds, great pic.
All the best

Always lovely to see the sun shining through - great pictures. A x
Mr Sun doesn't look too bright, maybe he has a hangover or he's tired from working too hard "down under".
We are finally getting bright blue skies around here. But...it's been so cold you don't even want to step outside! I want spring.
I see the sun, and the sun sees me..I've been chasing this sun for some pictures too..Gorgeous photos Judy!
Even here in south Florida we haven't had as much sunshine as we normally do. You efforts to fine the sun payed off with wonderful shots, Judy. Enjoy the sun while its shinning :)
Hi Judy and Miss Cindi Lou....well I can tell you the sun is not in NC!!! HA!!! Currently it is sleeting and raining temps are 33. They 'promise' no accumulation. Ummmmm Mom was thrilled to leave the snow boots home today but she did have to wear the rain shoes. We have a flood watch in Raleigh from Noon through late tonight. Our ground is so wet even the worms are looking for new real estate. Have a great weekend,
Madi and Mom
Wow...super cool series! Love the perspetitve....it is both powerful and beautiful!

Great SkyWatch photos although i am sorry you are having so many cloudy days. It will be nice when this recent weather trends ends/changes.
I like the shots of the sun :)
We had sun yesterday, what a difference it makes, but today it's been so dull and dark I had to have the lights on all day. Love your photos Judy.
Your pictures are wonderful. I love the way the sky changes continually. Sometimes when I try to take pictures of bright objects my photos and lines of light. Yours are perfect.
Would you like to send you some sunshine? We have lots of that here! LOL!
AL
I do hope you had some of those blue skies yesterday. We finally came out of the fog for a beautiful day, but this morning, socked in again. Even the Juncos came and quickly left for cover. ;)
Nifty sky post ... beautiful pictures and wonderful 'sun' capture (complete with appropriate warnings).
Hugs and blessings,
Sacred Ruminations
I like it when there are clouds... because it gets unbearably hot here when Mr. Sun is out and shining bright... :-)
Pixellicious Photos
Wow! I wondered if this was the same sun I saw a few days ago? Sounds like our Mister Sun lately too.
The second picture is my favorite!
We have lots of sun here in Colorado but it sure is cold up here in the mountains. :)
