Circles - Monochrome Weekend

A great definition of love, with a marvelous picture. Both of their circles are including each other

I like the way monochrome makes things look older and more serious. I especially like the way it enhances the different look of each duck here.

'No - just a white one.'

Interacting circles - illustrating a nice physical point.

PS Thank you for the comment - the broken symmetry.

Beautiful contrast in tones between the ducks and I also like the monochrome reflections.

You've done a good job of spotting the concentric circles from the two contrasting ducks; nice one.

Happy Valentine's Day Judy and Miss Cindi Lou,
What beautiful pictures from Friday. When all we had was black and white photos we wanted color now that we have color black and white is so amazing you notice more of what is in the picture and not the color. thank you for your well wishes for our 40th...it has dawned a beautiful sunny day. We had snow on Friday night ....most melted on the streets yesterday still a lovely winter scene outside. The birds have been dining at the feeders too.
Hugs and Kisses,
Madi and Mom

This is such a pretty picture. Not only do I love the ducks but the patterns they make in the water are lovely. Thank you for stopping by with your words of encouragement. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my comment will make it through to you, as I have come across so many blogs that I have been unable to leave any at all. Happy Valentine's Day :)

Love the shot! Talk about the epidomy of male/female, yin/yang, lord/lady (whatever floats your boat) shown with black/white.
I'm likin' it!

A wonderful shot and sentiments! The lake a perfect shade of gray to surround these two ducks of opposite colour. Thank you for your compliments - always appreciated.

We had ducks when I grew up and I loved them. They are so graceful. Did you know that swans mate for life?
