Gorgeous blue skies!!! We are looking forward to seeing the sun today (we hope). Still lots of snow on the ground but warming up. Schools are still closed Yep!!! You know the south is not equipped to handle snow. Madi and Mom

My longest visit to Las Vegas was in late January. I think I would much prefer August :)

Wow1 This is sure stunning! I need to remember that Vegas is not only "sin city" but has some beautiful nature, as well!

I love palm trees, took a picture of a row of them, looked NOTHING like this picture. I can feel the heat... I love Las Vegas though too.

This is a great shot of a palm tree. I like seeing pictures of them. I don't think I've ever seen an actual palm tree myself.

I can feel the Vegas heat...but I'd sit under the small amount of shade of that palm tree, and sip on the Biggest iciest Diet Coke ever.

I just remembered what it feels like to lay on the green grass and watch the clouds roll by on a warm breezy day...

You have captured the palm beautifully, Judy! What beautiful clear sky, so blue! Must've been a really nice day to enjoy Vegas! :)

Morning Judy and Miss Cindi Lou
Looks like our sun has flown the coop and headed to parts unknown yet again. Clouds rolling in and a threat of sleet/freezing rain and then just hard rain all day tomorrow. I'm certainly glad I captures the sun when it was out. I'll need to check my bird feeders when I get home.

I'm with Icy. Those beautiful trees do not survive in Michigan. Thanks for the moment of "warmth". :-)

Love the perspective of this shot! How interesting that palm trees can be found in the desert and at the beach ;-)
