The schedule seems to have worked flawlessly. I've seen these flowers before. I really never knew what they were. I'll be watching for them when summer comes back around.
That is a beautiful flower!!! Does it grow near your home? Yay your post seems to have made it right on time!!! Technology is fabulous sometimes!!!! Madi and Mom
I scheduled one ahead of time and it posted immediately with the scheduled date for the next day printed right on it. lol I had a commenter ask how their comment was printing before the post. Who knows what I did? You did great.
Love St. Johns Wort. Very pretty and a great mood elevator in more ways than one.
Beautiful capture, those stamens are like a firework in the middle of the flower. Hidcote flowers are gorgeous in macro, I took some photos myself and they are among my favorites.
Thanks for the info on how to schedule a post ahead of time. I found that right after I asked you about it. I've heard that they are doing the helicopter tours out to the St. George's Reef Light. That would be an interesting thing to do. Kay
And what a great post it is!! I love the vivid yellow and all the details! Thanks for the visit and comments - always appreciated! Gena @ Thinking Aloud a photoblog South Africa

Grew up in a small Georgia town with a desire to see some of the places I had read about and many I had not. I moved to Alaska and lived there for about ten years. My jobs took me to many parts of the state including Barrow, Nome, Kodiak Island and many more. I have also lived in California, Oregon and now Washington state.
Let this be the story of the journey so far.
