- Grew up in a small Georgia town with a desire to see some of the places I had read about and many I had not. I moved to Alaska and lived there for about ten years. My jobs took me to many parts of the state including Barrow, Nome, Kodiak Island and many more. I have also lived in California, Oregon and now Washington state. Let this be the story of the journey so far.

I think they would rather follow the corn trail than your camera lens but they sure are beautiful even from behind...
and the first shot does leave me speechless, make that wordless. These photos do Speak!
I join the crowd with praise and wonder at the first photo, but I also love the last one where he's waddling away. Great shots, Judy!
Love this post, but especially the first picture. The reflections of the branches and the bird in the water are truly georgous.
Critters aren't camera shy anymore, they do know what world they live in right now..it's the tech world. And your shots are so clear and crisp.
I've been hanging around a toddler too much. I immediately thought of the game Duck, Duck, Goose. Great shots.

Love the geese photos! They really are interesting to watch.
I love Canada geese, so I obviously enjoy your photos. That last shot is just great. I love that it's walking away, but I also love seeing the geese it's moving towards.
I love geese and ducks for photography...their faces have expression and peace.
