I love teasels! We saw some on our walk yesterday, in our local country park. They add interest to a scene all winter long, don't they?

These are lovely. I've never actually seen a teasle, though I've always wanted to. I want to more than ever now!

What do those look like in summer? I love how grasses and flowers turn to seed in the fall. Sort of skeleton like but not in a creepy way. Look at those thorny parts on the stem, ouch. It all looks a bit like needles. Have a great Monday.

Good morning! I was just browsing for pictures in my folder and I come across one flower which looks like those, yep maybe it's a teasel. They look very nice in Christmas decors.

Wonderful shots Judy. When we were kids we used to spray the teasels with gold and silver paint for Christmas decorations.
