Come said the wind to the leaves one day, Come o're the meadows and we will play. Put on your dresses scarlet and gold, For summer is gone and the days grow cold.
Wow everything has turned to yellow. Leaves have fallen apart, but the friendship will stay even in the most cold days and stormy days that will come. Take care.
Your trees are so magetic and graceful. The leaves are so colourful I am envious but I am lucky to be able to see them through your eyes.Thank you for your kind comments.
Absolutely gorgeous photos, Judy! The yellow leaves on the trees are just beautiful..and the leaf for your header gives me a feeling that it's about to fall..
I love that song! And your photos really fit it, too! I love the FALL season. Unfortunately, I missed a lot of it being in NM and AZ. Not many trees to see change colors!
These photos are wonderful indeed! When I enlarged the first two shots it seemed to me I was just there in that beautiful park and that I could come up that lovely pond.
I have a passion for trees, and the first one in this post is perfect. Beautiful tree and photo. I did my last post on flamingos today, i think you will like it.
the photo of the leaf hanging in the blue is breathtaking. and the first tree in this post is goregous and does play a song to me. I have a passion for trees. I posted my final flamingo post today, I think you will like it.

Grew up in a small Georgia town with a desire to see some of the places I had read about and many I had not. I moved to Alaska and lived there for about ten years. My jobs took me to many parts of the state including Barrow, Nome, Kodiak Island and many more. I have also lived in California, Oregon and now Washington state.
Let this be the story of the journey so far.

You do have some lovely trees in your part of the world.

Gorgeous scenes! I sure loved that huge tree in the first photo...I wonder how old it is?
Wonderful fall photos. I was beginning to enjoy the yellow color of the leaves here too until the wind took them all away.
The details are exquisite and the poem delightful.

It never lasts long enough for me...
