Something Wicked This Way Comes

Well, not all that wicked, I just love that line from Shakespeare's Macbeth. I wanted to wish everyone a safe and happy Halloween and leave you with a thought.

There's nothing funny about a clown in the moonlight.

Happy Halloween Judy! What really happens on Halloween? We don't practice it here instead we go and visit our departed loved ones on the day after the Halloween, light candles and offer prayers. Usually it becomes a family reunion, 'cos all relatives come and visit the cemetery.

Happy Halloween! My favourite celebration day! Have a great time and wish you don't see any clowns tonight. There is something sinister about this painted smile...

Happy Halloween, Judy! And thanks for the thought. It's not one I would have thought of by myself.

I don't remember if it was a photo of drying corn stalks you posted or someone else, but a comment was made that the stalks looked like an army. Following that theme, your photo reminds me of an army in battle with angry clouds reflecting what is happening on the ground.

The next photo announces all is well.

It is beautiful the light on the first photo! The sky looks so dramatic. I also like the pumpkin decoration on the second photo.
