This post excites me for so many reasons..It gets my mind in the beautiful fall season, and feasts my eyes with beautiful blessings from earth..Judy, you're amazing with the camera!
I'd say wer're very very blessed to live in such wonderful areas as we do with this bounty. Thanks for the heads up on your challenge. Loved taking part! ~Jeanne
I've never heard of banana squash before. I wonder how they taste? I'm glad you identified the sun flower! I was like - what the heck is that? And then I say your caption. Oh, yeah! :) I enjoyed your photos taken on that nice sunny day. It's been dreary here all week.
Those squashes look great! I was very sad we didn't have any pumpkins yet... I've seen them at the supermarket, but not at the farmer's market. :( Maybe in October...
I don't know why we don't plant radishes. I love them, and they're so easy to grow. They look yummy in your photo. Next year, we're adding leaf lettuce & cabbage.
Your photos are so delightful, Judy. I love the pumpkins, and the mixture of the markets fresh produce looks so yummy! Oh how I can't wait for fall to come to south Florida... Pam :)

Grew up in a small Georgia town with a desire to see some of the places I had read about and many I had not. I moved to Alaska and lived there for about ten years. My jobs took me to many parts of the state including Barrow, Nome, Kodiak Island and many more. I have also lived in California, Oregon and now Washington state.
Let this be the story of the journey so far.

Fall is really here! Great photos and I love the pumpkins with the sunflower tree in the foreground. And the huge sunflower is so unbelievably huge!
Ebie's Farmers Market.
What beautiful fall photos the pumpkins make.
So beautiful pictures.
So yellow!
Even though it is difficult in my area, you are inspiring me to search out a farmer's market.
I can see lots of squash! My Dad loves squash so much and same with me. We do lots of dishes out of them.
