That's a neat looking goose, what species is that? And last time I checked squirrels were diurnal, why are you up at 3 AM blogging? :) at least you got to see AL's moon! -kate
Yes ,Judy I've got on my thinking cap these days.Love those birdie pics..so clear.I hope you saw the pottery,I gave the permalink by mistake-made the correction just now, they have such beautiful things on that site.
I cannot believe I haven't been here before. I've always admired the photos on your other blog but photos and quotes...I feel like I've hit the jackpot!
For me, this kind of blog is art. It combines all the ingredients to make me think more deeply and imagine more freely. WOW. I have an idea, but I'll email you...
Wonderful shots of those geese. I haven't seen that type around here before. The way their feathers lay on their neck is so cute. Have a great weekend.

Grew up in a small Georgia town with a desire to see some of the places I had read about and many I had not. I moved to Alaska and lived there for about ten years. My jobs took me to many parts of the state including Barrow, Nome, Kodiak Island and many more. I have also lived in California, Oregon and now Washington state.
Let this be the story of the journey so far.

Oh the photos go beautifully with the quote!
Peahens are looking for peacocks, that's what I am thinking about. Those are very nice photos of peahens...I like peacocks some other time.

I like your posts, especially the thoughts for the day, as it gives me something to think about for the day, as you intend. Nice pictures...
You can no never go wrong with a Dr. Seuss quote. The geese are different from any I have seen. Wonder what they were trying to find around that tree.
Is she looking both ways before crossing the street or playing peek-a-boo with a tree? Inquiring minds want to know!
Thanks for the smile your post gave me. I love your pictures.
Sunny :)
Isn't this a Canadian goose? So beautiful! I guess left, right, up and down cover all possibilities! Great reminder...lovely post.

Excellent pictures. I love the way you capture wildlife.

I always love reading Dr. Seuss to my kids. My all time favorite was Green Eggs and Ham :D
Nice photos, Judy... Have a nice weekend
I like the way you show the bird looking indifferent directions. Do you know what kind it is? It goes perfectly with the quote.
Great shots of the goose. I find birds so hard to photograph. As you can see we are back from our trip north. Saw some great scenery.
