To the attentive eye, each movement of the year has it's own beauty, and in the fame field it beholds, every hour, a picture which was never seen before and which shall never be seen again.
i hold the scene before me and engraved it to memory.all things has a beginning and sadly an end. when cold winter comes, i can always reflect on this day i saw this magic and i will smile, knowing this moment is safely kept..in my thoughts and in my heart!
Hi Judy, You always bring so much beauty and deep thoughts into my world... Thanks for the joy you give to others. May it all be return to you each day...
As we move from summer into fall, as the leaves turn and fall to start the process over again, we have each other to mark these moments, and to enrich them. Thanks for the picture and words...
Just absolutely fantastic picture, Judy! And I echo what Pam has said: "You always bring beauty and deep thoughts into my world". For that, I thank you..
You are so right, Judy.. Each season has its own beauty. Some people don't care for winter--but I LOVE it when I can sit on my sofa and enjoy a roaring fire in the fireplace. AND--if we get a little snow, that is even better!!!!
A moment before or after that beautiful flower scene would have had different lighting and consequently color...maybe your time was the best? It is certainly a beautiful photograph...

Grew up in a small Georgia town with a desire to see some of the places I had read about and many I had not. I moved to Alaska and lived there for about ten years. My jobs took me to many parts of the state including Barrow, Nome, Kodiak Island and many more. I have also lived in California, Oregon and now Washington state.
Let this be the story of the journey so far.

Kind of like the pictures on my header. But I might bring my favorites back.
You make it possible to see the picture once again...

That must be why we take sooooo many pics of the 'same' thing. I try to tell Hubby it's not the same thing!
Your macros thrill me. The lighting is always perfect for drama.
A truly beautiful amalgam.
That's a wonderful photo and your words are so true. There is always something wonderful to see every day no matter what season it is.
Breathtaking!
As always wonderful photo. The quote is almost sad, the picture we see will no longer be the same soon......
Ohhh. That photo is prettier than words can describe.
Hi Judy, this is a great shot, the macro and the bokeh! The bright color stands out! I will see you at the Farmers Market!
I agree with Ebie, very nice bokeh. Amazing photo. I have not seen this flower before. :) Hello to Miss Cindy Lou!
What a wonderful photo. It looks like a painting by a very talented artist. I love the quote you added also because it is so appropriate.
