Really Love the pictures, I used to daydream as a child and look up at the clouds, not realizing I was looking at God and he was looking back at me.......God bless you! thanks for sharing....
Thanks for the great pictures and great thought. All things have more than one side and sometimes we can't see them for what they really are even if we see both sides. Made sense when I thought of it?
I LOVE that song! I think we are soul sisters... Someday maybe we'll meet and find out. I am obsessed with the sky in general; clouds, sunsets, starry nights - anything up! Thanks for another beautiful post.
One of the things I have read, many times, about Salvador Dali, is that he looked to the clouds to find inspiration, basically playing the "eye spy" shape game. I always thought that was a great idea, sort of just let things come to you and meld into one another. T.
ahh Joni Mitchell. That takes me back and so does cloud gazing. I love it. Each one has it's own unique shape and character and you can somethimes see it change before your very eyes. Amazing!

Grew up in a small Georgia town with a desire to see some of the places I had read about and many I had not. I moved to Alaska and lived there for about ten years. My jobs took me to many parts of the state including Barrow, Nome, Kodiak Island and many more. I have also lived in California, Oregon and now Washington state.
Let this be the story of the journey so far.

Pretty!
And I'll be humming that song for the rest of today!
(I've just put a little piece of 'my' sky on my blog.)

Hi Squirrel thanks for stopping. Cloud watching is one of my favorite things to do.

I love that song. I just heard a cover of it the other day, it was better than the original, almost brought tears to my eyes.
I am like a kid with clouds, still trying to pick out shapes and things...

aaah....clouds..... I used to lie on the ground when a child and imagine the sky going on forever.
BTW Joni Mitchell wrote and sang that song.
